Sample responsibilities for this position include:
Support talent identification and provide full cycle recruitment for assigned line of business; including ad placement, resume screening, phone screens, interviewing, reference check and offer generation
Maintains full cycle recruitment process to meet the talent acquisition goals across all levels within multiple functional areas
Investigate and resolve all fashion retail employee complaints, issues and concerns regarding employment practices, working conditions, disciplinary actions, originating from various sources
Partner with management teams to recommend separation decisions
Reinforce self-service model with Fashion Retail management team
Assist with complex worker's compensation, leave of absence and accommodation issues
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local employment, pay and workplace laws and regulations
Must use discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance
Work closely with Line Management of defined support area in structuring and developing their respective teams
Support the implementation of Training & Development tools and concepts
