Job Summary:

Unifresh Foods is seeking an experienced

Senior HR Generalist

to join our dynamic and growing team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and supporting organizational development across our restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate staff Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and training coordination Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with accounts Implement HR policies, SOPs, and labor law compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support career development Promote employee engagement and retention strategies Maintain HRMIS and generate regular HR reports Liaise with internal departments to support HR initiatives across units Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance at all restaurant locations

Candidate Profile:

Master's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years of proven experience as HR Generalist/ Asst.Manager, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industry Strong recruitment capacity of both Blue, White and Grey collar candidates. Excellent understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and Statutory functions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in

English and Kannada

(additional languages are a plus) Able to multitask and work independently across multiple locations
