1 Determining the manpower requirement for the dealership by location/role and function.
2 Collect MRF for new position/replacement from concerned Departments
3 Based on the position requirement make steps to source candidate
4 Searching candidates through various sources (Employee reference, Job portals,Consultancies,Dealer poaching, campus drive)
5 Screening the CVs
6 Initial critical screening by HR self.
7 Schedule Interview for the candidates with HR/ concerned HOD
8 Provide Aptitude, Attitude & Psychometric tests.
9 Valuation of Aptitude/Attitude test/Interview score card.
10 Taken reference check of the shortlisted candidates
11 Taking feedback from concerned TL, SM, HOD and final discussion with HR Head. &Intimate the employee regarding the selection status
13 Reference check done from Facebook & 2 previous employers provided by the candidate our own sources.
14 Verify previous employers Salary slips (last 2 months' salary slip), Salary Negotiation
16 Inform Date of Joining and send SMS(Includes Docs required for Joining)
17 Sending Offer of Employment Letter
18 Confirmation of Offer of employment &Personal folder Creation
20 Documents required for joining:(Copies of Educational Certificates E-Aadhar,Experience Certificates,Releiving letter,Driving licence,last 2months salary slip of previous employer,Bank passbook copy(SBI/HDFC),Passport size photographs,PAN Card copy,Aadhar copy of family members,Family photo.
21 Providing Joining Kit for new Joinees (includes Joining Forms, PF Forms , ESI Forms and other required forms)
