Co-ordinate with Recruitment consultants
Prepare Offer letter and appointment letter
Responsible for identifying and sourcing sewing operators for factory.
Supervising day to day operations of HR and admin activities.
Responsible for on boarding formalities for new joinee's
Responsible for employee training and development
Prepare Payroll for all employees within due date every month.
Responsible for Employee welfare and benefits like Canteen, Transport etc.
Adherence of all statutory compliance as per law.
Handling employees' grievances and redressing the same timely
Handling and managing employee records and personal files.
Prepare full and Final Settlement for left employees.
Liaison with local Government authorities
Organize socio cultural activities and events for employees.

Qualification and Experience :
Post graduation in HR specialization -MBA/MSW having Minimum 8 to 10 years of work experience in HR related activities from a reputed organization having minimum 500 workforce.
