To manage and execute end-to-end HR activities, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & On boarding
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs.
Conduct employee on boarding, induction, and orientation programs.
2. Performance Management
Support the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS).
Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Track and maintain performance improvement plans.
3. Training & Development
Identify training needs through performance data and discussions with HODs.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Handle audits and statutory inspections.
5. Policy Implementation
Support the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies.
Ensure consistency and fairness in policy application.
6. Admin Activities
Support admin team for day celebration
Support in day to day operation
Circular and notice working
Managing guests, transportation, Food, lodging etc
Event management
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Preferred Industry
Manufacturing / Engineering
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
