Performance
Areas & Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment for plant and office roles (blue-collar & white-collar).
Handle onboarding, induction, and employee life cycle management.
Maintain HR records and ensure accurate data in HRIS/payroll systems.
Assist in performance management processes and appraisals.
Coordinate with labor contractors and ensure proper manpower planning.
Ensure statutory compliance under applicable labor laws (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.).
Support employee engagement, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical and behavioral training.
Maintain training calendars and records.
Evaluate training effectiveness.
Oversee day-to-day administration including housekeeping, transport, and security.
Monitor and manage vendor contracts for admin, security, and office supplies.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain facility upkeep including infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.

: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience
: 7 to 9 years in HR & Admin, preferably in manufacturing or sales driven companies.

Skills
: Good knowledge of Indian labor laws & factory regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (ERP/HRMS).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
