Job Responsibility -

- Recruitment and Onboarding: I

n recruitment processes, including job postings, screenings, and interviews. Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.

- Employee Relations

: Provide guidance on company policies, handle employee inquiries, and resolve workplace issues.

- Payroll and Benefits Administratio

n: Oversee payroll processes, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage employee benefits.

- HRIS Management:

Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and other related systems.

- Compliance and Policy Development

: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, and develop new policies as needed.

- Office Administration:

Manage office operations, including supply chain management, facilities maintenance, and other administrative tasks.

- Team Leadership

: Supervise and guide HR and administrative teams to achieve organizational goals.

- Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for HR and administrative functions.

-Performance Management

: In performance evaluations and provide guidance on employee performance issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

Qualifications-*MBA(HR), MSW

Experience -5-7years
