Assistant Manager - Operations at Surat (Gujarat)

Department: Warehouse Operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee inbound, storage (including cold chain), picking & dispatch activities.

2. Ensure full compliance with GDP/guidelines and maintain audit-ready documentation.

3. Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and resolve variances.

4. Lead and supervise warehouse staff; manage shifts, training & performance.

5. Coordinate with QA, logistics, procurement, and transport partners.

6. Track operational KPIs and support continuous process improvements.

Requirements

7. Bachelor's degree in Pharma/Supply Chain/Logistics (preferred).

8. 3-6 years of experience in pharma warehouse operations.

3. Knowledge of GDP, cold chain management & WMS/ERP systems.

10. Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
