Responsible for assisting Front Office Manager in daily front office operations, guest services, reservations & handling IDS software based billing and room management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support FO Manager in supervising reception, guest service & reservation team.
Handle check-in / check-out process smoothly using IDS software.
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling & room allocation.
Monitor guest feedback, resolve guest issues & ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, security & other departments.
Train front office staff on IDS usage, SOPs & service standards.
Maintain daily reports, occupancy data & MIS for management.
Handle VIP guest arrivals & assist in special requirements.
Profile Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality preferred.
2-4 years front office experience (Hotel/Resort).
