Roles and Responsibilities



Ensuring efficient and personalized service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest's stay. This includes handling luggage assistance, transportation arrangements etc., Creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere at the front desk, and striving to exceed guest expectations Overseeing reservation procedures, room assignments, and inventory control to maximize occupancy and revenue. Coordinating with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience. Responding to guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing special requests promptly and effectively. Preparing daily reports, analyzing data to identify trends, and contributing to the overall performance of the front office. Managing the front desk budget, handling financial transactions, and ensuring accuracy of records. Ensuring all front desk operations adhere to the resort's policies and procedures. Observing staff performance, providing constructive feedback and offer coaching to improve skills and service delivery
