Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and well-organized

Assistant Manager Finance

to manage day-to-day interactions and requirements with our banking partners. This role is crucial for coordinating all documentation, compliance, and communication related to the company's banking operations, credit facilities, and financial instruments.

Key Responsibilities:



Cash Flow Planning & Management of Manufacturing Company.

Preparation of weekly fund flow & cash flow statement to ascertain fund requirements.

Preparing CMA Data, Financials & other data/information, funding proposal required for new loan proposal & renewals as per Banking requirements.

Assisting Fund Raising from Banks, NBFCs.

Manage Banking relationships and Ability to handle lender queries & requirements.

Co-ordinating with credit rating agencies for obtaining credit rating & timely renewal.

Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its banks. Co-ordinate the processing and submission of documents for: Bank guarantees (BG) Letters of credit (LC) Working capital loans Term loans Overdraft facilities Foreign remittances Follow up with banks on approvals, renewals, interest rates, charges, and documentation status. Support treasury operations by ensuring fund availability, account monitoring, and daily bank coordination. Co-ordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Legal, Procurement) to gather necessary documents or information for bank submissions. Experience in dealing with multiple banks and managing document-heavy processes.

Qualifications:



CA Inter/ MBA Finance with good knowledge in Banking Operations, Debt syndication, Debt raising, Loan documentation & Compliance.

3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar bank-facing role within a corporate setup.
Good Knowledge of SAP/Global ERP.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, MS PPT and email correspondence. Strong communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal).
