Criteria
CA/MBA (Finance)/M. Com with 5 - 8 years’ experience in financial sector/NBFCs. Candidate should have good inter-personal skill, analytical ability, Knowledge about accounting, MIS and key ratios, team handling experience, excellent communication skill, proactive, independent decision maker, good team player, strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. Prior work experience in NBFC/MFI/other BFSI sector preferred.
