Position: Asst. Manager - Finance & Account

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of funding requirements of the company and align the requirement of the company with the best option of funding available with the Bank.
• Preparation of CMA Report based on the requirement of banks.
• Preparation and submission of proposal for the fresh and existing bank loan facility.
• Preparation of Project Report for the Term Loan Facility.
• Preparation and Submission of Monthly and Quarterly FFR Statement to the Bank.
• Handling Stock Audit Work.
• Process for security perfection of the bank loan facility.
• Other misc. banking MIS report to banks.
• Any other work related to banking channels.
• Banking-related data submission to Statutory auditor on a quarterly basis.
• ?providing data to credit rating agencies

Required Qualification: - CA Only
Salary: - Upto 8.50 LPA
