Analysis of funding requirements of the company and align the requirement of the company with the best option of funding available with the Bank.
Preparation of CMA Report based on the requirement of banks.
Preparation and submission of proposal for the fresh and existing bank loan facility.
Preparation of Project Report for the Term Loan Facility.
Preparation and Submission of Monthly and Quarterly FFR Statement to the Bank.
Handling Stock Audit Work.
Process for security perfection of the bank loan facility.
Other misc. banking MIS report to banks.
Any other work related to banking channels.
Banking-related data submission to Statutory auditor on a quarterly basis.
