Assist in managing daily operations of restaurants, bar, room service, and banquets.
Ensure all outlets run efficiently and in accordance with brand standards.
Monitor inventory, ordering, and consumption of food, beverages, and supplies.
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety practices as per hotel standards.
Guest Service
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally.
Ensure consistent service quality and address special guest requests.
Monitor guest feedback and take corrective action to improve service.
Staff Supervision & Training
Supervise, motivate, and guide F&B service staff.
Assist in scheduling, duty rosters, and manpower planning.
Conduct training on service standards, grooming, and customer handling.
Ensure staff follow hotel policies and grooming standards.
Financial & Cost Control
Assist in achieving departmental revenue targets.
Help control costs, reduce wastage, and maintain profit margins.
Support inventory checks and stock control procedures.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Banquets.
Assist in planning special events, promotions, and menus.
Communicate operational updates and standards to the team.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Maintain SOPs for all F&B outlets and update when required.
Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and report issues promptly.
