Position:Asst. Manager - Engineering & Project
Location:Ahmedabad
Experience: 15 -20 years
Industries: Pharma
Primary Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling project activities.
• Team Support: Provide guidance and support to project team members, including engineers and technicians.
• Technical Expertise: Offer technical expertise in specific engineering disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, or process engineering.
• Design and Development: Assist in designing and developing engineering solutions for pharmaceutical facilities, equipment, and processes.
• Documentation: Prepare and review project documents, including reports, specifications, and protocols.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Help manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Communication: Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from plan.
• Vendor Management: Assist in managing vendors, contractors, and external partners.
• Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs, enhancing skills and knowledge.
