Overall responsibility for EHS & Incoming Quality
Support risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety evaluations for handling/storage of incoming parts and materials.
Assist with implementation of EHS policies, emergency response plans, and incident investigations.
Participate in internal EHS audits and external regulatory inspections.
Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance (e.g., permits, waste records, chemical inventories).
Submit all the forms to regulatory on time, every time.
Ensure incoming materials comply with environmental regulations and company safety standards
clearing PPAP for purchase parts, manage non-conforming material process, including quarantining, issuing NCRs (non-conformance reports), and leading root cause analysis.
Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Perform supplier audits or assessments as needed.

Conduct training on proper handling of hazardous materials and PPE usage.
Inspect and validate incoming materials and components according to quality standards, specifications, and engineering drawings.
Inspect and evaluate incoming materials and chemicals for EHS compliance (e.g. MSDS, REACH, RoHS, etc...).
Ensure incoming materials comply with environmental regulations and company safety standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain incoming inspection procedures, sampling plans (e.g., AQL or as per customer specifications), and quality control documentation.
Manage non-conforming material process, including quarantining, issuing NCRs (non-conformance reports), and leading root cause analysis.
Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Perform supplier audits or assessments as needed.
Support new supplier qualification and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities where required.
Clearing material physically & also in the system with the help of QA personal & self when required
Maintain accurate inspection records and generate quality reports and metrics (e.g., incoming inspection yield, defect trends).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, engineering, production) to improve material quality and reduce supplier-related defects.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, 14000...)
Develop & submit monthly reports related to incoming area
Supporting supply chain team in releasing monthly supplier performance report.
