Position Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Production
Education Qualification: Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech - Electrical OR Electronics OR Mechanical
Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in production or manufacturing of Product Assembly in Manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
1. To Handle assembly line of Electrical products.
2. Lead the team of minimum 20-30 operators.
3. Knowledge about 5S, DWM, LEAN KAIZEN, QCC
4. Remove technical bottlenecks in production and ramp-up.
5. Proper documentation for DWM activities.
6. Adherence, and upkeep of all operations to SOP/ PL.
Functional Competencies:
1. Safety standards at work,7 QC Tools
2. 5S,KAIZEN,DWM
3. Command on QCC
