Excellent communication and customer handling skills.CTC P.AApprox 7 - 10 lakhsRoles & ResponsibilitiesLead the team responsible for Handling and resolving customer complaints related to lighting products (LED, fixtures, drivers, etc.) within defined timelines.Installation support and trouble shooting of Facade lighting projects with DMX controller.Coordinate with internal departments such as Quality, Production, and Logistics for smooth service resolution.Monitor service calls, warranty claims, and maintain proper documentation in the service management system.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
