Job Description

Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing (Performance): *Note: This is a 1 year contractual position.




Plan and execute campaigns across multiple online channels (Email, Facebook/Google, Affiliates Ads, Display, Web, etc) to drive short-term and long-term business goals.


Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).


Work with business teams to build city and category level plans.


Assist with the set-up and management of digital marketing infrastructure (Tag Management, Campaign Tracking, Marketing Analytics, Attribution, Sales force, Marketing Automation tools etc.).


Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.


Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.


Collaborate with agencies and other publisher networks for lead generation campaigns.


Leading technical SEO analysis and identifying &executing website optimization strategies that deliver organic leads and conversions.

Lead Nurturing:




Creating and executing digital go-to-market strategy & tactics that deliver digital stickiness using Digital marketing & lead nurturing techniques.


Work closely with presales teams to driver desired results.


Work on marketing automation tool & other lead nurturing tools to ensure optimum utilization of organic traffic & existing databases.


Responsible of Database acquisition & utilization using calendric approach.


Performing administrative tasks such as updating databases and spreadsheets.

Requirements:




5-6 years of experience in Performance marketing & SEO & Lead Nurturing


Technical proficiency, including the ability to communicate with developers (IT Engineering background is preferred).


An analytical mindset with solid understanding of Digital Marketing & SEO KPIs.


Proficiency with Digital marketing & SEO tools, including Google Tag manager & Analytics, Google Search Console and crawling software, CRM Tools like Sales Force, Marketing Automation Tools like Hubspot, Webengage etc.


Google Adwords & Facebook Blueprint certification is preferred.


Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
