Robot - Fanuc Robot & ABB Robot + Robotic Application - Spot welding, Material Handling, sealant, Co2 welding, Brazing, Laser Brazing, Sash Correction, Hemming, Door fitment etc.
+ Robot Programming & trouble shooting.
+ Ability to resolve concern of Robot Periphery & Integration.
+ Robotic Cycle Time Optimization
+ Trouble shotting of Robot Controllers
+ Robot Grippers
Maintenance of other Equipment. (Body shop Equipment) + Adaptive Welding Controller - BOSCH
+ Robotic servo Gun - OBARA
+ Robotic sealer System-GRACO / SCA
+ Conveyor & Material handling system- WEVIN / ATS
+ Manual spot-welding Gun - NASH
+ Electro-pneumatic Fixtures & Its component.
+ Co2 Welding / Brazing Machines - Lorch, ESAB, FRONIOUS/ Dent puller
+ Manual Sealer system
+ Pneumatic Tools, MFDC tools
+ Air Balancers, Spring Balancer
+ Slat Conveyors
+ Hydraulics & Pneumatic systems
+ Overhead Hoist
+ APC conveyors
System + TPM
+ PM, TBM ,CBM
PLC -Basic Knowledge of PLC programming & Controls trouble shooting.
