We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - CRM & Collections to manage the post-sales journey in our real estate projects. The role involves ensuring timely collections, handling agreements, and coordinating possession and handovers. Candidates should have experience in real estate post-sales operations, with knowledge of RERA compliance, documentation, and client servicing. This role is key to ensuring a smooth customer experience while supporting timely cash flow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Post-Sales Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for booked customers, ensuring all post-sale touchpoints, including documentation, payments, and possession are handled smoothly.
Collections & Payment Follow-Up: Monitor customer payment schedules, send timely reminders, and ensure prompt follow-up to achieve collection targets as per demand letters and agreement terms.
Agreement Execution & Documentation: Coordinate agreement drafting, registration processes, and related documentation, while ensuring legal accuracy and RERA compliance.
Handover & Possession Coordination: Liaise with project and site teams to schedule and manage property handovers, addressing final payments, documentation, and snag resolution.
Customer Escalation Handling: Address escalated issues related to payments, handovers, or documentation professionally and ensure resolution through coordination with relevant departments.
Data & CRM System Management: Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM software, including payment status, interaction logs, agreement status, and handover schedules.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Projects teams to streamline customer journeys and resolve backend or process-related issues.
Demand Letter & Invoicing: Generate and dispatch demand letters as per construction progress and coordinate with Finance for GST invoicing and receipts.
Customer Feedback & Service Improvement: Collect customer feedback post-handover and suggest improvements in communication, documentation, and overall CRM practices
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client handling.
Prior experience in managing post-sales activities, agreements, and collections in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or real estate specific tools).
Working knowledge of real estate documentation, RERA, and GST invoicing processes. Attention to detail, organized documentation skills, and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a real estate CRM, collections, or post-sales role.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and any regional language (as per project location) is preferred
