will be responsible for driving revenue through corporate sponsorships and delegate participation for conferences, summits, and awards events. This role involves end-to-end sales engagement with corporate partners, HR leaders, and industry stakeholders, from lead generation to closure and post-sales relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Sales
Identify, prospect, and engage potential corporate sponsors and partners
Pitch event sponsorship opportunities, branding solutions, and customized partnership packages
Manage the complete sales cycle including outreach, negotiations, closure, and invoicing coordination
Delegate Acquisition & Onboarding
Drive delegate registrations from corporate organizations for events, summits, and conclaves
Engage with CHROs, HR Heads, L&D leaders, and senior professionals for delegate participation
Manage delegate onboarding including confirmations, agenda sharing, payment follow-ups, and coordination
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and delegates
Ensure sponsor deliverables such as branding, speaking slots, booths, and visibility are executed as agreed
Sales Strategy & Market Outreach
Support development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and potential partnership opportunities
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution
Support post-event reporting and relationship follow-ups for repeat business
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
3-6 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, event sponsorships, or conference sales
Proven track record in sponsorship sales or delegate acquisition
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
