Corporate Gifting (On-boarding Kits, R&R, Special Occasions)
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic business relationships to drive growth and revenue for the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales or business development, and a deep understanding of the industry and market trends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to maximize value and profitability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company and its offerings.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record in sales, business development or related field, with at least 3+ years of experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of corporate product sales is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed.
