This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining livesxe2x80x94where your purpose accelerates our mission.Monthly account-wise planning and execution of secondary sales leading to primary sales for their territory/accounts.Weekly planning for coverage and callsMonthly/quarterly sales forecast for defined territoryDrive activations/KOL engagement as defined by Marketing teamTo be responsible for territory business development, new customer identification, and creation of business development strategies for the assigned territories.

  • To identify, validate, and recruit distributors and retailers within the geography assigned.
  • To building and maintaining relations with the channel partners.
  • To ensure quick and efficient product placement at retail outlets.
  • To tracking and ensuring secondary sales at POS.
  • To tracking and ensuring timely replenishment.
Vap deployment in identified accountsCompetition & Market Mapping: Track and gather market data, no. of indicated surgeries, and gather and analyze competitor activitiesEngage existing KOLs (key opinion Leaders) s in driving awareness on focus product portfolio in his or her accountsDrive activations/KOL engagement as defined by Marketing team
  • To develop and execute strategies for market penetration of new products and increasing sales of existing products.
Ensure liquidation of products from stockists and distributors through regular monitoring and coordination with product users
  • To collect information, reviewing and interpreting competitorxe2x80x99s products and strategies, timely market feedback on our products, & maintain high confidentiality.
  • To develop and implement promotional activities for enhancing brand awareness, visibility, and market share.
Training and educating paramedical staff on/reconstitution/usage guidelines of the productTo provide product knowledge and information to channel partners and retailers.
  • To explore the market, identify customers, and promote the products through individual detailing, audio-visual presentations, and workshops, and to manage local sales & marketing (overall business development) for our brands.
  • To monitor product availability at the distribution end and local distributor network (channel partners), and to improve product-wise sales (primary and secondary) using their own resources.
