Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and aging reports.
Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and customer follow-ups.
Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve disputes.
Maintain end-to-end control of books of accounts in line with accounting standards.
Conduct periodic reviews and clean-up of ledgers, advances, and balances.
Prepare and analyse brand-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
Identify cost drivers and areas for profitability improvement.
Implement maker-checker control for accurate billing.
Ensure billing aligns with contractual terms and timelines.
Work on provisions and accruals for revenue and expenses.
Support timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Prepare detailed MIS reports and brand performance decks.
Provide financial insights and analysis for new projects and initiatives.
Assist with statutory and internal audits.
Prepare and file quarterly TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) returns.
Conduct physical stock counts and support stock audits.
Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
Monitor and manage working capital to optimize cash flow.
Maintain and manage personal books of accounts for company directors.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
3-6 years of relevant experience in business finance or accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Tally, SAP, etc.).
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
