JOB DISCRIPTION Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive/ AM Department: Business Excellence Reporting to: Area Head \xe2\x80\x93 Business Excellence Qualification: B. Tech/ M. tech \xe2\x80\x93 Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics / Industrial Engineering Experience: 3+ Years Location - Sriperumbudur, Vallam (Chennai) Responsibilities - \xc2\xb7 Review and analyze identified areas of improvement for preparing recommendations on feasibility and scale of the project. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with department heads for conducting audits in energy consumption / maintenance / safety standards, re port findings and consequently scope of improvements. \xc2\xb7 Identify process improvement opportunities out of suggestions received from audit findings, Quality observations / audits, kaizens, process improvement teams, user departments, ERP, EHS teams, etc. \xc2\xb7 Propose and evaluate feasibility of implementing best practices in functions in line with changing external environment. Core Competencies: \xc2\xb7 Lean manufacturing, six sigma, 7QC tools, PLC controlling and automations. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per year Schedule:
- Day shift
- Industrial engineering: 3 years (Preferred)
