Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving franchise sales, managing investor relationships, explaining the business model and commercials, and closing franchise deals. The role also involves team management, coordination for investor meetings, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from lead to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Investor & Franchise Management
Interact directly with potential investors and franchise partners.
Present and clearly explain the franchise business model, investment structure, commercials, ROI, and timelines.
Handle investor queries, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally.
Build trust and maintain strong long-term relationships with investors.
Ensure timely deal closures in line with company targets and policies.
Sales & Deal Closure
Convert qualified leads into successful franchise closures.
Conduct presentations, calls, and meetings (online/offline) with investors.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate communication of offers and terms.
Maintain proper documentation and update CRM/sales trackers regularly.
Team Management & Alignment
Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team.
Align the team on daily targets, investor meetings, and closure strategies.
Prepare and guide team members for investor calls, presentations, and meetings.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams for smooth execution.
Ensure all investor meetings are well-prepared and professionally executed.
Support leadership in strategic planning and expansion initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, or investment-based sales.
Ability to explain complex business models in a simple and convincing manner.
Leadership skills with experience in team handling and motivation.
Target-driven mindset with excellent follow-up discipline.
