Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Continuously scan the market for new site locations based on market strategies and other location analysis.
- Takeover the local pharmacy business.
- Coordinate with agents and land owner for exploring new territories.
- Guide catchment team for proactive search for new locations in certain areas or regions that are of interest for the company.
- As per set targets, daily update and weekly plan updating on Sunday or Monday.
- After finalizing location, gather decision data report (catchment, SWOT report and sales projection).
- Catchment analysis / excel is prepared maintaining the following information -
- A market analysis including demographic figures, the surroundings and the competitors.
- Profit calculation, including costs and expected target etc.
- Visiting nearby doctors, hospitals for database.
- Visiting nearby chemist: Analyzing manpower stock, customer flow, area, getting information from pharmacist / CSA of sales.
- Visiting nearby society generating data, analyzing locality, standard of living, income group.
- Getting information from distributors.
- Presenting catchment report to the management.
- Explaining SWOT analysis with five year plan of actions.
- Taking formal approval after consideration of catchment report and location visit.
- Need to complete documentation / agreement process and handover to project team.
- Escalate urgent issues to seniors.
