The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent organizational skills, and experience handling personal financial records, asset management, and compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update
personal books of accounts
for company directors, including income, expenses, investments, and assets.
Handle
bank reconciliations
, personal tax records, and other financial documentation.
Prepare and maintain
MIS reports
and summaries of personal financial activities.
Liaise with
banks, investment advisors, and auditors
for personal financial matters.
Ensure timely payment of personal bills, insurance premiums, and statutory dues.
Support in
investment tracking
, asset management, and portfolio reporting.
Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity in all financial matters.
Assist in
annual financial reviews
and coordination with external accountants or auditors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance)
Experience:
3-6 years in accounts, finance, or family office management.
Proficiency in
Tally / Excel / accounting software
and good knowledge of MS Office.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
