Position:Asst. Manager - Account & Finance
Location:Ahmedabad
Experience:5 - 8 Years
Industries:Pharma
Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Monitor general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Direct & Indirect Taxation:

• Oversee GST, VAT, and other indirect tax filings and ensure timely compliance.
• Handle direct tax filings (Income Tax) and manage tax assessments and disputes.

Transfer Pricing:

• Assist in transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with local tax laws and international regulations.

Regulatory Compliance (ROC):

• Ensure compliance with statutory filings, including ROC, annual returns, and other corporate governance requirements.

Auditing:

• Coordinate with external auditors and internal audit teams to ensure timely audits and resolution of audit queries.

Financial Analysis & Budgeting:

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making and cost control.

Internal Controls:

• Implement and maintain financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

• Candidate must have exposure of SAP B1
• Logical thinking.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - M.Com/CA Inter/ CA
Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
