Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
Coordinate new hire orientation and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
HR Administration and Payroll:
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Process payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefits deductions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes by assisting in goal setting, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate learning opportunities.
Compliance:
Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement:
Organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
