Skills:Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and on boarding of candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and prepare or update job descriptions accordingly.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, internal databases, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment consultancies.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and respective department heads or hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate fit based on role-specific requirements and hospital standards.
Maintain and regularly update the talent pool and candidate databases for future hiring needs.
Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
Qualification:MBA or Above
Experience:3+ years (Healthcare Industry only)
