Handling of Apprentice Recruitment
Handling various recruitment.
Oversee disciplinary actions, including investigation, documentation, and implementation of penalties.
Ensure proper grievance redressal, Licensee renewal and other HR-related matters.
Monitoring staff performance and labour performance.
Efficient in handling employee onboarding and induction.
Attendance and Payroll maintenance.
Vendor Management.
Job Requirements :
Strong knowledge of contract labor management, Workmen handling, disciplinary action procedures, factory HR practices.
Experience in handling various audits.
Should have 4+ Experience and prior work experience in Plant industry or Factory.
Excellent communication skills - English ,Telugu(Mandatory), Hindi(advantage)
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Immediate joiner only preferable.
