Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with HR software systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll tools).
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
