Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Collaborate with Operations managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate their integration into the company culture.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees and management.
Monitor employee morale and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs accordingly.
Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.
Track training completion and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees.
Maintain accurate records of employee performance evaluations and feedback.
Assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
