Experience: 5+ Years (Automobile/Two-wheeler industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complete showroom operations - sales, service, and customer experience
Lead and manage sales & service teams to achieve monthly targets
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and timely vehicle delivery
Handle customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO agents for smooth operations
Regularly report performance metrics to management
Implement marketing strategies to boost walk-ins and sales
Required Skills:
Strong leadership & team management skills
Good communication & decision-making ability
Knowledge of showroom operations, sales process & customer service
Experience in handling a team of sales/service executives
Basic knowledge of billing, stock, finance & insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
