Position:Asst. General Manager - Quality
Location:Bhopal

Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA/QC functions for biological and insulin product lines, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, etc.) and cGMP requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems, policies, and procedures for manufacturing and testing.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, production, and regulatory affairs to support the successful development and commercialization of products.
• Ensure the integrity and compliance of all product batches, including overseeing investigations, root cause analysis, CAPAs, and risk management.
• Oversee regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring corrective actions and continuous compliance with global standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing quality team, ensuring optimal performance and career development.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 18 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality management, with at least 8 years in leadership roles focused on biological or insulin products.
• Strong in-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA) and cGMP compliance.
• Proven experience in managing audits, regulatory submissions, and risk assessments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Salary :- Upto 50.00 LPA
