Job Description

I am capable of independently leading Metro, Highway, and Airport infrastructure projects globally as a Quality Head, with full responsibility for establishing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality management systems. I ensure full compliance with international standards, client specifications, and statutory requirements while driving continuous improvement and project excellence across all phases of execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the

Quality Management System (QMS)

for large-scale infrastructure projects (Metro, Highway, Airport) from design to handover. Establish, implement, and monitor

Project Quality Plans (PQP)

in line with

ISO 9001

, contract requirements, and international best practices. Ensure compliance with

IS, IRC, MoRTH, ASTM, EN, BS, ACI

, and client-specific specifications. Independently oversee

QA/QC activities

, inspections, testing, audits, and certifications across multiple project locations. Coordinate with

clients, consultants, PMC, contractors, and third-party inspection agencies

to resolve quality issues and achieve approvals. Lead internal and external

quality audits

, manage NCRs, CARs, and ensure effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Review and approve

method statements, ITPs, quality procedures, and inspection checklists

. Monitor quality performance indicators and drive

continuous improvement initiatives

. Mentor and manage site QA/QC teams, laboratories, and inspection engineers. Ensure quality compliance during

precast, piling, foundation, superstructure, finishing, and commissioning

stages. Support project leadership in risk assessment, value engineering, and quality-related decision-making.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
