Job Description

Oversee and manage the entire production operations of the manufacturing facility. Develop and implement production strategies, schedules, and resource plans to meet organizational goals. Ensure on-time delivery of machines and components while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Monitor and control production costs, productivity levels, and material utilization. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and operational efficiency. Coordinate closely with the Planning, Purchase, Quality, and Maintenance departments for smooth production flow. Review daily production performance and take corrective actions to address bottlenecks or delays. Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards within the plant. Implement and monitor KPIs for production performance, downtime, and output targets. Guide and mentor production supervisors and engineers to enhance technical skills and performance. Drive lean manufacturing practices, standard operating procedures, and process documentation. Collaborate with senior management for capacity planning, budgeting, and capital investment decisions. Represent the production function in strategic reviews and contribute to long-term organizational planning.

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹141,700.00 per month
