The role includes managing service teams, ensuring SLA adherence, handling client relationships, tracking tickets, and maintaining accurate documentation and attendance records.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management or Facilities Management preferred).
3-6 years of experience in soft services / facilities management operations.
Experience managing housekeeping, landscaping, or hospitality teams preferred.
