Job Description

Conducting the routine safety inspection and updating the daily tracker Cafeteria maintenance, vendor coordination, PO releasing invoice process Electricity, Diesel generator, UPS, HVAC and critical equipment maintenance MEP handling, inventory maintenance, tracker and compliance documents maintenance. Clearing the client escalation, water, energy, cost saving activities initiation, Conducting the R&R, ensure the warehouse cleaning and deep cleaning activities Integrating technology relevant to the company needs PPM activities, AMC activities, panel maintenance, billing LL coordination Facility and infratructure maintanance Handling and shift scheduling for F&I team 5s implementation and maintenance Service level agreements maintaince as per standards
