Primary Responsibilities

Functional

Core:1. Responsible for developing electrical design documents for prototype machine using as per company standards.

2. Responsible for development or configuration of EPLAN Hardware project. incl. part list export from EPLAN incl. Teamcenter/ERP part number generation.

3. Responsible for technical documentation and implementation to meet pharmaceutical product regularities.

4. Installation and commissioning of prototype at customer site

5. Render onsite/offsite training, technical and troubleshooting services to the customer

6. Selection & development of vendors for control components and to initiate procurement in SAP and follow-up

7. Follow the project work process and maintain work discipline in the department.

8. Cooperation with Product Management with respect to URS, Feature list

9. Execute control panel ITR before internal testing

10. Create training for Project team and service team

11. Release of master document to central master team for correction of master sources of system

12. Supporting AE team to Generate Sales Order BOM from EPLAN to Teamcenter or ERP.

13. Handing out EPLAN on Yellow pages for panel fabrication and machine installation including ITR.

14. After panel fabrication and machine integration, collect and save Yellow EPLAN pages according to the ITR and then perform the update and release process for customer project hardware schematic V1.00 or higher.

Internal process

16. Support Hardware engineering in creating content for IIOT list from EPLAN to release process for IIOT tag list.

17. Support Software engineering to create, test & release (version control) project Software (PLC, & SCADA & IIOT Interface and IIOT Tag list)

18. Co-ordinate with Project Management team for the change control process to meet the delivery requirements.

19. Co-ordinate with QA team for the ITR before internal test process to meet the URS.

Attending the identified training needs and delivering results

Works under direct guidance and detailed work instructions, with close monitoring and review from the level above

Works under the guidance to resolve workplace problem in the area of expertise.
