Job description We require Qualified and Experienced Engineer with more than 4 years of work experience in High Rise Building Construction and Civil Project Management and Should have independently handled large value Construction Sites. Shall be responsible for overall execution of the project, with targeted progress, client coordination, arrange skilled manpower, compliance of all local and statutory obligations. Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- The roles require strong knowledge of civil and finishing experience of construction sites mainly on residential projects.
- He has a skill for site management and capable to handle the team and vendor management.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Supervise the work of labourers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
