The Assistant Business Head - Real Estate will support the Business Head in driving the strategic, financial, and operational goals of the organization. This role involves overseeing business development, sales, marketing, and project management functions to ensure profitability, growth, and market leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale real estate projects.
What you'll do
1. Strategic Planning & Business Development
Assist the Business Head in formulating and executing business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the company's portfolio.
Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for potential projects and investments.
Support in land acquisition, due diligence, and negotiations with stakeholders.
2. Sales & Marketing Management
Oversee sales and marketing strategies to maximize project visibility and sales performance.
Monitor sales pipelines, conversions, and pricing strategies to ensure targets are achieved.
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan campaigns, events, and branding initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors.
3. Project Planning & Execution
Coordinate with project, design, and construction teams to ensure timely project execution.
Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in value engineering and cost optimization to enhance project profitability.
4. Financial & Operational Oversight
Monitor P&L performance, cash flow, and ROI for ongoing and new projects.
Assist in preparing annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Support in fundraising, investor relations, and financial due diligence.
5. Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Foster a performance-driven culture aligned with the company's vision and values.
Support recruitment and training initiatives for the business development and sales teams.
6. Stakeholder & Client Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and government bodies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
Represent the organization in key business meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
