Requirements

Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales or customer service. Familiarity with marketing strategies specific to the real estate industry. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients. Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law is essential. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous administrative experience within the real estate sector is highly desirable.
