The Assistant Branch Manager helps drive sales targets, conducts field visits, builds member and community relationships, resolves customer queries, and ensures smooth and secure functioning of the branch. Additionally, the position requires guiding branch staff, preparing MIS reports, improving service quality, and contributing to the branch's overall growth and performance.
