Job Description

The Assistant Branch Manager of a Multi-State Co-operative Society is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in overall branch operations, including daily administration, member services, business development, and staff supervision. The role involves managing savings, RD, FD, and loan products, ensuring accurate KYC and documentation, monitoring collections, and maintaining compliance with society rules and audit requirements. The Assistant Branch Manager helps drive sales targets, conducts field visits, builds member and community relationships, resolves customer queries, and ensures smooth and secure functioning of the branch. Additionally, the position requires guiding branch staff, preparing MIS reports, improving service quality, and contributing to the branch's overall growth and performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
