- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external Departments
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
-Prepare reports on account status
-Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
-Through Knowledge of Taxation like GST, IT, TDS (Both IT and GST)

? Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
? High level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail
