We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Accountant to support our finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day accounting entries
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Preparing vouchers, invoices, and expense statements
Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
Assisting in GST filings, returns, and compliance
Supporting monthly and year-end closing activities
Coordinating with internal teams and auditors as required
Requirements:
2-5 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Experience with accounting software (Tally preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
