Job Profile:



Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and production partners to ensure seamless operations. Prepare detailed event plans, checklists, and timelines to track project milestones. Support budgeting and cost management, including vendor quotations, negotiations, and approvals. Manage on-ground event logistics -- setup, manpower, branding, registration, and client servicing. Ensure adherence to event standards, timelines, and compliance requirements. Oversee event deliverables such as stage design, AV setup, hospitality, transportation, and technical arrangements. Handle post-event reporting, feedback collection, and documentation. Maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
